Is VA Disability Included As Disposable Income on the Means Test?

President Trump signed into law on August 23, 2019 the Haven Act. This law takes effect immediately. This Bill will no longer allow VA Disability payments to be included on the means test. This will help recipients of VA Disability to file Bankruptcy. This is a big win for the veterans!
